CATHARS, WHITE EAGLE
AND ST JOHN
Articles and Talks
by Colum Hayward
A look at the relevance in our contemporary life of the mediaeval Cathars - the 'good men and women'. Colum suggests that although the title Cathar meant little to the followers of the mediaeval heresy, it offers a suggestion of a collection of beliefs and ideals that can really inform the choices we make for our lives in the twenty-first century. If we believe that 'we were once Cathars', now is the time to own that title and live up to the heritage that was once so special to us.
The book is composed of articles and talks, many of the articles having been published in the White Eagle Lodge magazine Stella Polaris, where they carried the title 'The White Eagle Cathar'. Colum has added an epilogue to bring the various threads together and bring the whole theme into focus.
Each copy is numbered from 1 to 150 and personally signed by the author.
